We always have Buko Pandan salad every time we held a party or there's an occasions. We love to eat Buko Pandan after eating oily foods. Chilled Buko Pandan salad is very refreshing. Buko Pandan salad is so easy to do. First you needed unflavored gelatin that you would flavor with lots of pandan (srewpine) leaves. But you can also buy Pandan flavored gelatin instead and mixed it with hot water and put it in the fridge until it had set. Then slice it into a small cubes and place it in one container. You will then add grated young coconut meat, nestle cream, some condensed milk and stirred it up to make a delicious Buko Pandan salad. It was a bit thick and the flavor of the Pandan and the coconut was a good blend. You can also add fruit cocktails to add some flavor. Chill it well before serving. That is so easy and apparently a party favorite. There are also Buko Pandan juice and Buko Pandan ice cream. What other Buko Pandan flavor foods you know? Do you like to eat them?
