can i get my earnings through Western Union??

i have already opened an account in paypal..however they are charging at least $5 per transaction..so if i decided to get my $10 earning i would only get $5 for the transaction fee..besides that. as i increase my bank transfer through paypal the higher they charge..now is it possible that i can get my earnings through western union?? i feel that it is more convenient and i won't be paying charges for the transaction, besides there are a lot of branches near in our place..will you please enlighten me..
