job discrimination???

what do you think is there really a discrimination in jobs you were about to apply?? there are lots of hirings but they really prefer those "of pleasing personality" and some posted in BOLD letters the word "PRETTY" as one of requirements, and some also posted "with good complexion" in applying for a job...do you think there really is? what can you say about this?

its indeed discrimination.......is those with pleasing personality with good complexion will really meet their needs? ummmmmmm maybe except if they're hiring a model.....hahaha.

Yeah sometimes I feel there is discrimination. I also observed that even if you were able to get hired in a company discrimination is still present. Coming from an elite school would have special treatment but if you happen to graduate from an unknown school you'll take it hard to be accepted and your promotion might just go last in line.
