Does your treadmill/exercise equipment get used?

Do you use your exercise equipment, or has it become a nice decoration/somewhere to hang your clothes? i bought a treadmill 6 months ago, and never seem to use it. Any suggestions on how to get into the habit of using it?

I don't have any exercise equipment because I live in a small apartment, but I think I would use it if I did.

We really don't have room for it either, so I was really hoping I'd use it. Oh well.
