I love Japanese food. I love sushi best. And beef udon, sukiyaki, yakisoba, katsu, vegetable tempura, ocha, sake, ramune.

I really try eating sushi but I cant take it. Maybe I can eat only tamago sushi and unagi sushi....lol...

I do not like Wasabi, it is spicy but well it's really just nasty. I like to eat California Roll type sushi, and I also like to eat teriyaki chicken with mixed vegetables. While I know it's not completely Japanese, I did want to say that I enjoyed them... lol.
Maybe it's more Chinese then Japanese.

No,the food you like are california maki(it's rice roll with crabmeat,cucumber,mango and mayonaise in the inside) and chicken terriyaki with side dish of kani salad. Its completely Japanese my friend. Anyways, we both dislike wasabe but can still enjoy japanese food without it. Because if you do not eat wasabe for some japanese its like your dish is not complete.
