I did. I got the email about 3 month ago. I contacted the paypal and they wrote me back that it was not from they and I dont need to reply to the fake pay pal email.Fake pay pal wanted my address, credit card number for things I didnt buy from ebay. Im glad paypal work fast and got things taken care of.

I've gotten several of those. You're never supposed to go to the link included in the e-mail. But I'd heard about those e-mails before, so I knew it was fake.
