Soft drinks??or Sago't gulaman??

I love to drink both.. But I don't want to drink soft drinks always.. But I like sago't gulaman more than soft drinks.. Sago't gulaman is a very popular refreshment.. In restaurants it is served in a tall footed glass, in neighborhood store it is ladled into plastic cups and in street stands it is simply poured into plastic bags and provided with straw.. It can be taken as an after-meal beverage-dessert, a snack or a drink to accompany another snack item..
Drinking one or more sugar-sweetened beverages (such as soft drinks and fruit punches) per day increases one's risk of developing diabetes by 80% versus those who drink less than one such drink per month.. How about you?? What do you love to drink?? Soft drinks or sago't gulaman??

Of course sago at gulaman! I don't drink any kind of softdrinks, I know soda drinks will kill me in the long run. Soda drinkers should sing killing me softly when they drink. I would rather have the native sago and gulaman which I myself prepare. I use honey as sweeter and lots of ice to be very refreshing. I just love sago't gulaman.

I have to say that I would choose sago't gulaman over soft drinks because Sago't gulaman makes me full right away. :D

I like sago't gulaman to drink with my fish ball and kikiam.
But I often have soft drinks than sago't gulaman because we can buy soft drinks anywhere unlike sago't gulaman that we can only buy from street stands or a native restaurant. I also like buko samalamig (buko juice) and Buko pandan samalamig (buko pandan juice).

I'll go for the "Sago't Gulaman"... I rarely drink softdrink... I don't like the feeling of having may tummy filled with carbonated beverages.. hehe... I love sago't gulaman... because it's cheaper.. and having it would not only give you the satisfaction of having a refreshment but also something to chew on... I love black SAGO... and way I feel when chewing it... there's something I can't explain... then there comes the Gulaman with yet another story.. lolz... I just love it.. especially the SAGO't GULAMAN sold in Goldilocks... yummy! ( ^ - ^ )
