how to handle PTC's paypal problems

Recently I heard two PTC sites paypal account are frozen by paypal. They are buxybux and Neobux. Now buxybux is facing to close or sell business, it only have paypal account no alertpay, It can't use money in their paypal account anymore, it can't pay payment either. Neobux's situation is better, because they have both of paypal and alertpay. But they both ask people donate there to help them. buxybux want to sell it or re open a new ptc site asking for investment now.I am buxybux premium member and neobux standard member, I am facing to lose my investment on buxybux,so I am wondering it paypal's problem or PTC themself. Paypal freeze these Ptc site account, even if take their money, if so should we ask Paypal these money not only belong to admin but belong to their members, us-these investors, I really don't know what to do about it, please talk about your thought.
