When was the last time you had to do something that really hurt inside, but you

Only once and i will not do it again, because it not only hurts me, but the other party involved as well.. In order to make someone jealous, i met up with my ex gf, and that when 'S' called me, my ex gf was sacarstic towards her.. When it comes to night time and i was sending my ex gf home, i could just leave her on the bus to go home alone, when 'S' called me to say she's leaving from work now.. So in one day alone, i did 2 things that really hurt me alot as well as them.. ANd it's was really foolish, though it was really unnecessary for me to do that..

When I kept some of my work for myself when I knew somebody else needs it more, but per my condition I had to keep it to myself

When my partner does something that makes me really mad and I have to take a hard line about it, it really upsets me. It hurts me to be mad at him about stuff, but sometimes he does stuff that I can't accept, so I have to make sure he knows that he can't do that kind of thing. He has anger issues and he tries so hard, but when he slips it breaks his heart and he punishes himself about it so much. I feel awful for him then, but I can't just say "it doesn't matter". I just try to tell him that I'm glad he recognises that he's overstepped a line and that I'll be proud of him if he works on it.

Last Monday I got angry with my son who spend my money without my permission. I hit him just to stop his habit. Afterwards, I regret my actions. I should have talk to him and explain, but I lose control of myself. Sad news.. happymylotting!
