Christmas still makes me celebratory...

The other day, a friend asked me If Christmas still makes me feel like Christmas...I said, definitely yes! Christmas will always be a celebration for me with or without money....I knew what she was trying to imply with the bad economic situation we have right now, I think this is an eye opener, Christmas is not just about celebrating our success and graces it's also a time of reflection, a time to be at peace, I guess a time to count our blessings and appreciate the things we have right now and accept the things we don't have.

I love christmas. Actually the holidays have, and will always be my favorite time of the year. I love the warmth and love that just seems to be in the cold air. Its amazing. I spent the last 5 holidays with my partner, and as some of you know we are no longer toghether. I know that it is going to be hard without him, but i also know that I have my family and friends, and the holidays are going to be great.
