My baby has a strange postion to sleep, i don't know if it's normal or not. He is 10 months old now and since from last month he started to sleep with his front and lift his bum on the air. It looks funny. I am thinking that he is comfortable with that position. He is seldom sleeping on his back, sometimes he is sleeping on his side.
About mum's here, what's the way your baby sleeping?
Happy posting.

My baby is five months old, my youngest one, he sleeps on his tummy. Since he was born, he has been sleeping on his tummy, I tried changing his position but he can't sleep long when he is on his back. My two other kids, they sleep on their back but they have to get a piece of me before they can go to sleep. like my youngest is on my tummy, my second on my other side and my first holding my hands. They can't sleep without me on their side.

Hi, Rainmark! Just like your baby, my 6-month old boy sleeps with his front, too. But unlike you, it is me and my husband who tack him to sleep that way. He sleeps soundly on his front. Because in that position, he can't move freely and his sleep is not disturbed. But when he is on his back, he moves from time to time. He also lifts his bum on the air. Hahaha. He looks cute with that.
Happy posting to you, too. :)

It is actually very common for babies and young children to sleep like that. I used to work in a daycare center and when the toddlers napped, they all slept like that, 8 of them in a row with their bums up in the air. It was cute. My son also does it once in a while, but he also sleeps on his back or his side sometimes.
