happiness is a subjective phenomena. to be happy you need to know it is yourself who can make you happy. there are things that happen in life and there are things that really hurt you. at those times you cry and feel depressed. so if crying comes then there is no harm in crying. you can cry and remember all the good things that have happened to you. you smile thinking about all the little things that you enjoyed in your life. if certain things pains you it is foolish and it is deep foolishness to run away from that in the hope that it will stop tormenting you. you will see that it will go stronger and torment you more. at hat time you remain with that and remain such that it will not let you feel depressed. and getting rid of all that torments you will indeed give you happiness.

ya there are certain events that occur in life that devastate us so much that we feel that there is no reason why we are here. we feel that we are living here just because we ought to live. and everything becomes so mechanical....
certain times life gives us things that we would have avoided at any cost ....even if we were given the option of giving our lives we would not fall back. that event in your life was indeed saddening but all you have now with you are the sweet memories that you had when she was there. that may bring you cries and nothing more but still you cannot undo what has happened. it is very easy to advice someone to do something ... but no one other than who have suffered can understand what it is to be in that situation.

there are so much to mention..just think of what god has done to you, dont you think there are so much reasons to be happy? the problems you've face today, is just an opportunity for you to grow. one thing in particular, is your family, your kids, the work you have and all the blessings god has provided you with. material things are secondary, what matters most is your relationship with your family. just think of the less fortunate people, they still are happy though they lacked those cars, houses,appliances/gadgets...whatever, whats important to them is that they have their family to come home with.

Spending time with my family is what makes me most happy. I work full time during the week so does my boyfriend and our daughter is in preschool all week, so we make the most of our weekend and always do things as a family. This weekend we will be going apple picking, making apple pie and getting some pumpkins.
I am also looking forward to the holidays and seeing the rest of my family that I don't see on a regular basis throughout the year. My family is wonderful and spending time with them always puts a smile on my face.
