Free Pc to phone calls

Do you know any site where I can make free phone calls from my PC? I've found a few sites which lets me send free messages but haven't yet found a good site that offers free phone calls.

Hey man i know its www.evaphone.com its a grr8 site i have tried it its absolutely free i think u shud try this i am surely saying u will like it

My father in law told me about Skype. I haven't tried it, so I don't know if it's any good. But, there seem to be a lot of people who like it. I hope this is helpful! Sorry I couldn't give you more information.

Skype, also allows people to call you e.g. SkypeIN, allocates a telephone number to your pc, for people to call you back (free). There is also yahoo phone service that works through yahoo messenger.
