I was a teacher for many years of both elementary and high school In elementary it was the girls that had the crushes and infatuation and in high school the boys were the pursuers and after more then just a relationship In Canada elementary school was for those up to 14 years of age and High School from there Good Luck

I guess it all depends on who is willing to go up to the other and tell them how they feel, whoever is the one who is sure they are in love.
