What are the factors to be considered by the computer designers when they have to choose an instruction format to use?

THEY HAVE TO CONSIDER THE COMPUTERS WORDLENGTH, THE INSTRUCTION SET, THE ADDRESSABLE SPACE, MEMORY CYCLE, THE AVAILABLE REGISTERS.

I think they have to consider bus width also. If the bus is wider it would be faster for processor to fetch the instructions. Which would improve the performance of the machine

The vendor mannual is important in this case, they get help from the mannual, no other thing can specify instruction format

look like a buses becz it' a very large course and difficult
