Anyone else out there having problems with capital one on one panel? I've been a member of their site since June 08. If you complete 4 tasks in a month (take a survey, respond to a question, take a quickie poll etc) you will get a $10 Amazon Gift Certificate. Well I received my June gift certificate in July and all was right with the world. I have not, however, receieved my July in Aug and my Aug in Sept. They owe me two Gift certificates. After numerous e-mails they say yes they show I should have received them and they'll resend them manually. Give it 48 hours and if I don't receive them within that time frame then send them another e-mail address to send them do. Low and behold, I've done everything they said and still no Amazon Gift Certificates and no responses to my e-mails. Is this place a scam site or what? Anyone else having problems with them?
