My opinion of salt varies depending on what i'm eating. For example it would be criminal to eat a big portion of fish and chips from the local chippy without indulging in a big helping of salt and vinegar to help enhance the flavour.
However if i'm having a home cooked meal I never add salt...after all salt is very bad for your heart if eaten to regularly or in large quantities. Because of this reason there is a lo-salt on the market which is a little healthier and I know my dad uses this ever since his heart scare.

Hi yosista,
I heard a tale about a kindom. It is too long and I will not go over it here. It just tells us that salt is the most important seasoning for cooking....I think so too. Though I am not a fan of salt, I still would say, hey, I will not eat the food without any salt...:)

Oh, I am a salt person. I know it's not healthy, especially at my age, still, I can't help it. I prefer my viands with a good sprinkling of salt in them. Hi! Happy mylotting!
