Mother-in-law-Im about to kill her

My mother in law has two children, and she is so irresponsible. My son is only 20 months old, and he was playing in the bathroom with her, with the water, and all of a sudden he comes running out with shaving blades, I was horrified, but then I that emotion turned into rage when I found out she gave them to him, because she said that nothing will happen if he plays with them, for gods sake he is 20 months old, he doesnt understand. Is my mother in law the only one out there thats like that, or do people have same problems.
