religion is what we get from our parents since childhood, and i don't know why people fight for it.According to me a the only religion is humanity.every religions teaches to be a good human being but we fight for it.some people gain handsome money in the name of religion.first bring the culprits of your own religion and then point out on others.

"Religion is superstition running away from truth, and afraid of being overtaken.
Religion is as helpful as throwing a drowning man both ends of a rope.
As a rule, religion is a sanctified mistake, and heresy a slandered fool.
Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false and by the rulers as useful." Seneca
The church is, and always has been, incapable of a forward movement. Religion always looks back.

People fight for what they believe in regardless of what religion they have. It all boils down to respect in other people's belief and religion. Some are very expressive and is very transparent about their belief, and some aren't that active but they still believe. We have different perceptions and yeah, we have different family and religious orientations.
I'm not 100% accurate but some get their income from donations towards the church and some started their own religion and they have followers who really support them. It's fine how they do it, just as long as they don't step on other religions. We even have a cable channel dedicated to one religion and there are specific portions where they criticize their opposite religion's beliefs to gain more members. I say just let them be. Take care.
