Is a Minor Breaking The Law When Sending Nude Photos To Another Minor?!?!

i thought that if you were a minor then you wouldnt be breaking any laws.. and why should they go after the people that received them? people might have gotten the pics and not have asked for them!! i know some one sent me a nude picture via cell phone from some wrong number.. same thing happened to my aunt.. we shouldnt be able to get into trouble!!

i wonder if every one she sent to even knew before hand it was gonna be sent to them or if it was a circle of friends etc

Yes, this is troublesome. Police will go for those who received something that is unlawful. Like if one gets a fake banknote, will have to answer many many questions. Most questions will be unanswerable by him as he mayn't know from where he get it. The laws has to be changed more friendly...

well if she was a minor and sent it to other students im guessing they were minors and so i dont see how she could get into trouble.. teens can sleep together and not getting into trouble.. just weird.. maybe they will explain more on their thinking later on as the case develops

I think that the sender should be the one to be punished regardless of age. I knew better as a minor to do stuff like that, and if I ever received something like that it was never because I asked for it. We should not be punished for that which we did not ask to receive.

though even if they had asked for it.. if she had been an adult doing it then she would be labeled a pedophile quickly for supplying it.. so to me no matter who is actually sending it its on their heads if they do it or not.. a kid will ask for anything to see if they can get away with it
