You know who continually is overrated year in and year out in the preseason? Clemson. Or maybe they are just the most underachieving team in the nation. They continually are ranked high in the preseason polls and are projected to win the acc yet they finish middle of the pack every time. When you lose 3-5 games in the acc, you don't deserve to be ranked #9 in the preseason polls

I am going to say Mountaineers. They were ranks pre-season & then lost 2 in a row. Unless they beat some one worth while, i see no reason why they should get in the ap3 poll

I think it is or was Ohio State. They got blown out against USC and then USC lost to an unrated team. Ohio State doesn't play anyone else the rest of the year that is really even good. They played Wisconsin and barely beat them after the Badgers lost to Michigan. I think the Big Ten in general is overrated this year. I think USC was a little overrated as well. The Big 12 looks pretty good this year and the SEC always looks good.
