Can someone explain to me how this whole payout thing works?

I am a new user and I have been trying to find some concrete information on just how you get paid for being on here. If someone can please help I'd really appreciate it!

Let me be frank. I am on mylot from last 4-5 days. I have completed around 50-60 posts in these days. My earnings are 0.6 $ which comes to 1 cent per post. So its very difficult to earn here. But ya you do get payed. I will advice you to have patience. What are you targetting to earn here per day?
