Student threatens to BURN teacher alive because he believes she is a WITCH

Wow...What a nut job. Somebody better lock him up quick.

This sort of thing at times makes me question if I really want to stay in education. I'm not sure where people get their ideas from sometimes.

yes I can believe this is still happening because there are nutz all over the place. Whether he would really do it or not or it is just a lot of brave talk who knows.

Crazy isnt it.....not to mention sick, twisted and so completely sad...Sad becuase there are still ppl out there (far too many IMO) that are SO UNEDUCATED AND NARROW MINDED that they resort to such hate filled threats and worse yet, hate filled actions...

Hmm... this student have watched one movie too many that it got to his head! I am always amazed at what I read in the papers about things like that. When I was brought up, we were taught that when we watch TV, we know the difference between what is reality and what is on the screen. Rarely do we see people mixing the two. I guess when people have no one else but the TV for companionship, they then to blur the lines between TV and reality. Scary isn't it? It is a good thing that this kid and his witch craft tendencies were caught early. At least now he could seek proper help and hopefully recover from it to get back on with life.

OMG how horrible, that guy obviously has some serious problems to still bge acting like that, I thought the human race had moved on from times when we tried to hurt others for being witches. I hope he gets the help he needs to get over such problems before he can seriously hurt anybody. Blessed Be )0(

Well I'd have to agree with your claims of nut job. I think whack job and whacko also fits. I definitely think that man has something wrong in his head. Otherwise, I can't see why a perfectly normal and healthy human being would just go crazy like that and try to burn a witch by using presumably water. It doesn't make any sense to me at all.

I agree with you on that one. He really needs some help and yeah, as mentioned in the article, he should go through psychiatric evaluation. It would help to know why he acted that way. Hope he gets better and glad the teacher wasn't burned alive. Take care my friend.

Poor student...I think she needs help. I don't think she belongs to a school. If there's someone out there working in a psychiatric ward please help her.
