How old were you when you learned how to use the computer?

The first time I used a computer was about 10 years ago. It might be during my fourth or fifth grade in the primary school. Windows was not quite available back then, so the first operation system I learned was DOS. However, those ellusive and confusing commands were soon forgotten when DOS was substituted by Windows, which is much more user-friendly.

I was 12-13 I guess. I do not remember, but my friend has a computer at his place with a very slow OS..whatever it was, and I just tried to go around and find my way through the files and folders. It was a myriad and all confusing at first, but then when I got exposed to it more and more, I just learned and now I can use a computer system very efficiently. bourne

I was able to use a computer for the first time when I was 10 years old. I was in 4th grade back then and we were taught basic DOS commands and a few games here and there. I guess that made me very interested in learning more until now. Take care.

i learned how to use computer when i was 8 years old, i remembered that i was very talented in comes with computer's, i think the OS back then is DOS, all you only see is black and white.. i get high score's when we were test at keyboard pressing at my age 8

When i was eighteen i started using the computer.I used it only to play games.I used it for some internet activity like checking emails.My dad used the computer for official purposes.

My school system started students on computers in kindergarten. Those were Apple LC IIs running Mac OS 7... Before then, I used an old Sperry DOS machine my family had. I was probably 4 when I first learned to use that computer.

I was 22 when I first started using computers. Yeah that is three years back and now I am addicted to computers. I use computer for about 13 hours a day at office and home. It became a part of my life now.

I think i was 14 when i first time I used PC. Now I am 24 so its been a decade now.. He hee. First time i use computer in 1998. Since then I am always infront of PC, at office also at home.
