Im wanting to open a doggy day care I need opinions thanks

I want to open a doggy daycare at my home. I am looking to get a 16x20 building that has air heat and plumbing. This will be the dog kennel area/office. I have a Large fenced in yard for the dogs to play,Playtime will be 3 hours a day! I want to do group play with mulitiple dogs at once. My Husband and I will be running the business ourselves. We wont be taking dogs large than 60lb, no aggressive dogs will be alowed in group play activitys now here is my questions:
How many dogs in a group would you consider to be to many? keep in mind dogs under 60lbs small to med dogs, no aggressive dogs and 2 people to a group?
Also would you rather a open area with beds for your dog to sleep like in a group or in a seperate kennel?

Do many people use doggie day care centres, would it not be better to perhaps board dogs when people go away for some time...well what ever you do make sure you insist that dogs have vet papers of their treatments and injections...sounds like a good idea to me....

I didnt add that but yea we will be also offering boarding like for people that go on vacations and other things that require them to be away for sometime. Im not sure of how many people use dog day cares but I know in my area we dont have one only boarding places that dont even play with your dog they just kennel them and take them to potty at the present time I wouldnt have any compation
