Four Day Old Migraine....

I have had a weather related migraine for the past 4 days...it has put a serious damper on my daily activities and I am at a frustration point. I have tried all my usual technics which usually help, but this round I am only getting temporary relief. For those out there who suffer from weather related migraines how do you coupe and what do you find helps??

Even i had migraine for 4 days..but for me it was my diet. I stopped my caffeine and chocolates and this is the highest days of migraine. Terrible days!!
