OMGosh, Haagen Dasz coffee ice cream is wonderful! It tastes like the smell of coffee. I don't know if coffee flavored ice cream is made with real ice cream or not. If it's not, I sure don't know how they could get the coffee flavor in there without it.

One time, I had a recipe
for mocha coffee icecream pie
with chocolate chips.
They used real instant coffee
or was it espress?
I can't remember.
Wish I had it now to share!

Bryers has a coffee flavoured ice cream here in Canada, that's just called "coffee." Yummy!!! I get a box of that whenever i go to the groccery store, and keep it in my freezer. I love that stuff. Good comfort food to eat right out of the carton, or in a cone. Good question.

Creamery ice cream would be so much
better, I would imagine than the store bought.
Fresher, too! Not like store bought.

I am no long a coffee drinker... since i found out that too much caffeine in my body will cause my skin to break down in hives... but from time to time... i go to starbucks and buy myself a large hazelnut coffee... that is my favorite... and my second fave is mocha...

Yes it's very delicious! I spose some are made with real coffee and some just a flavor additive mixed in. Either way it's good :) Haagen Daaz is the best that i've tasted so far... you've gotta try it.
