is it wrong to be jealous of someone in your family?

just asking as i have 4 sisters (yes thats right 5 girls in my family) and one of my sisters is a very jealous woman! Everything the rest of us achieve is always picked at by this one. I think being family you should be happy that things are working out for your siblings what do you think?
