Textual Ads or Banner Ads

What type of ads on your profile page gives you better response??? the textual ads or the banner ads?? I have placed some banner ads at mylot profile and they are very selected one. I mean they are legitimat program, however i am thinking about to place along with them some textual ads because some analyst believes that textual ads are more responsive as compare to banner ads.

I think most of us are so used to seeing banners, we don't respond to them much.
Maybe a mixture of banners and text works best. You can say more in your text, and link it to a site, page or blog, whereas a banner often just gives the name of the site it promotes, with little additional information.
I do have a few buttons and banners on my profile, and I have placed text links under separate headings for

Read my blogs
More About Me[/b] (which links to a page showing more information about me and my activities from one of my blogs).
