well my friend you know that our mind has three parts the conscious mind, the sub consicous mind and the unconscious mind in the beginning of our sleep our subconscious mind is activated at that time we are half sleep and half awake so whatever we have faced during the day comes at that time in night and at dat time our eyeball movement is very fast

well, refer to such question seems have a lot od bad word coming "false, unreliable, untestable, lake of falsifiabity ,and many other words come to the mind, A dream is somewhat od a random process,it is thought it is when the brain is storing new informantion into its file based on your day mi remember one time i wathch all season 1 of rescue me and i had dreams about firefighting that night ,Sometimes old thinsa arise, because like books in a libary, there needs to be s change in where it is stored , i often see threads about dreams here, and i find it sad because most people do't understand what dreams are and much less than can interpret them accurately in any way , i think theya are more an indication of what is going on in a person's life when you sleerp it is time for your body to rest , all above are my opinion ,that is all,,,,,

what i think and have read is that dreams are the things that we mostly think of and when our brain is relaxing it makes it a film in dreams and we then derive happiness of it. so if you dream about the future way too often then your dreams will be mostly comprising of the future events. i don't think dreams trigger future events but sometimes things do look like that we have seen them before...and i am a dreamer
