Yes, I am interested in cooking. I live with my husband, and I cook meals for him everyday. Emm, I don;t know what do yo mean by new dishes, hehe, I do not follow recipes when cooking a meal. I am a Chinese living in US, and it is not really easy to get fresh Chinese vegetables here in the Sates (I'm not living in NYC..:)I like tofu and curry, and I cook a lot of dishes using tofu and curry! Try one recipe: preparation: fried some Qing Cai Add oil to pan, lightly fry some diced tomato, and add 2 cups of water into it. Wait untill it is boiling. Then add curry for seasoning, cook for 1 minutes, then add tofu, cook 2 minutes, then add Qin Cai into the soup, add some soup, done!
