Has anyone been depressed on their Birthday before, and felt so worthless ?

I've never felt bad about birthdays.. of course we are all getting older every day.. and we miss our youth.. but I have always condsidered it blessing.. each day. month and year we get to spend on earth is an opportunity... not having birthdays.. only means one thing....
