My mother in-law makes the best COuscousi (that's what we call couscous topped with tomatoes, onions and meat). It tastes divine! The first time i ate it was when my husband cooked it for me but decided it's not my type. But when i tasted my mother in-law's couscousi, it became one of my favorites. I have tried other couscousi cooked by others but i only liked the taste of my mother in law's cooking. She had just sent me a bowl now and it is topped with garbanzos, onions, and chicken. What a delight! Have you tried this dish? What can you say about it's taste? I think it is originally from Italy or the Mediterranean?

Yum couscous! Mmmm....I never had the kind you are talkin about but I have had it with raisons amd almonds and I think it was lamb. My goodness....so divine. The one you are talking about sounds good too, I will have to try it. I have a friend in Morocco and I will have to ask him about this dish you are talking about.
