Its been two months since I've moved back to Guam, and I already gained 10lbs. hahaha.. it's not because I eat too much, but because the food here is healthier and everywhere you go there's aircon, plus the air here is dry. So there is not chance for you to break a sweat, unless you can afford to go to the gym or you have the energy and time to run 5KM everyday.
So I'm planning on to do the best diet I've ever came across with. i've been doing this during lent for 2 years and it really works, especially if you work out at least 30 minutes-1 hour a day, which is not much, Last time I love about 20 lbs.
I gave up meat and rice, junk food, softdrinks & chocolates. I admit, I had a hard time looking for food because I used to eat anything, but, it was worth it. I felt healthier physically and spiritually.
So I'm planning to do this diet again, since halloween is about to come, my sister bought me this sexy nurse costume and I really want to have the RIGHT to wear it.
Wish mee luck!

So what sort of things are on thediet, I guess you don't eat potatoes or bread either, these are the things i would find it hard to give up, its not easy finding nice food when you give up the the things they say are fattening...

Thank you for that, I prefer not to eat meat anyway but i do have fish, I always thought stir fries would be ok as that is one way I get the vegies down as i really only like the basic vegetables like peas, beans, potato, tomatoes but summer is coming so I can have more salads, thank you so much for going to all that trouble I will print that out i think so i can go over it when need to , thanks..

wow I am glad you liked my diet idea. I just discovered this during lent season. Of course my other motivation was for God, which made it easier for me to resist tempetation.
Try to eat a lot of green leafy vegetables.
