Hi Venshida. You can find many great graphic designers at Etsy also. They can design a banner for any site you may be interested in creating and some of them are very inexpensive. I think my Etsy banner and my original avatar cost me about $10 or $11. All I did was let them know approx what I wanted it to look like, what knid of text I wanted on the banner, etc and within 24 hours they emailed me a sample to approve. I was so happy with them, I had them create my templates for my business cards too! I could give you the name of the shop via pm if you're interested.
