Do you still ask money from your parents?

No I do not ask my parents for money even though I am now studying abroad in Europe (France and Sweden) for the year. One of the reasons why is because I know she definitely can not afford giving me money, and since I am a 20 year old man, I believe I should be independent and I should at least be able to take care of myself . One of the main reasons is because I don't want to put any more burden on my mom that she already has. I believe asking your parents for money when your old enough to take care of yourself and get a job is something you should not do, or should be the LAST resort. When you take money from your parents, you are showing them that you are still dependent on them and you can't take care of yourself. (Well tht is at least what I believe)

i have not got my job yet and i always stand for money in front of my parents daily and they wont be hesitating to give me.
