I don't know what kind of monitor you are using. If you are still using the outdated CRT, I suggest you replace it with the more eye-protecting Liquid Crystal Displayer. Also, spending a few minutes in looking into the distance can always do good to your eyes. If you are operating a computer at night, turn on some lights, otherwise the displayer will be to bright for your eyes.

eye pain this may cause u a lot of problem in the future. so its necessary to take immediate action to this. every 15 to 20 minutes just close ur eyes relax for few minutes or look around farther objects so that ur eyes autofocus works good. donot sit very close to ur computer and try to use eye protecting lens whenever u sit in front of the computer. And if u again face the problem donot sit in front of the computer for more than 1 hour.

Instead of eye sore, I experience mild headache recently due to prolonged period in front my laptop. That's why I usually reduce the brightness of my screen and find creative ways to rest my eyes. We rarely close our eyes when we read books, watch TV and use the computer which dries our eyes. As a solution, I keep it in mind to close my eyes frequently to lubricate them. This refreshes my vision and will help to reduce the strain in my eyes.

i suggest you rest your eyes. believe me i've been there. for years ive been living staring at either my laptop/desktop computer or TV and i tell, it will bring such a toll in your eyes you might be needing a new pair of prescription glasses. and if you have yet to wear glasses, be prepared to wear one in the near future.
if your eyes get tired for only 3 hours in front of the PC then i think you should have you eyes checked. or you may opt to rest your eyes.

Theses "screen protection" don't really work.
The real problem is that when you stay for a too long time in your computer, you get concentrated, and when you do that, you usually blinks less times than the normal, some people that watch to much TV has the same problem, if you were talking to someone or doing anything else this wouldn't happen.
My suggestion is to you don't stay too much time on your PC, and take a little break after 30 minutes, or something like that.
Hope it helps. ;)

All of our body parts eye is very important. With out eyes you can't do anything. If you are not caring about yours it will problematic in your future. If you reducing that problem you will use lences is good. If it is very problematic to you better to go to doctor and take advise. Don't neglect this problem.
