Radial Tire band breakage

i think your talking about the belts breaking wich will make the tire wobble and peel. radial tires can only roll in one direction after they are put into service, thats why they are rotated from front to back on the same side of the car.if you buy a used tire you dont know wich side of the car they were used on.rolling the tire in the opposit direction will make the belts seperate.buy new tires and rotate them properly.if you buy used tires look for lumps or treads that have a wavy look.
