It is said fruits and vegetables are rich in proteins and fibers. Do you take enough of it daily? I mean, do you take fruits and vegetables which are rich in proteins and fibers. Also would like to know if you prefer dry fruits?

I'm eating in the canteens all the time, and I tried to balance my diet between meat, vegetable, and cereal. I don't take fruit on a daily basis, but would devour it once I bought some. Vegetables take the most part in my diet, and that makes me healthy and comfortable. I enjoy dry fruit too, as they taste great!

I consider myself taking not enough amount of fruit every day. My favourite fruits are mangoes, watermelons, kiwis, bananas, oranges, cucumbers, apples, passion-fruit and some others. I don't like dry fruits so much coz it's not fresh.

Fruits and vegetables have an important role in our health. Eating fruits and vegetables helps to get the necessary vitamins for the day to day life of a human being. We are taking the fruits and we prefer to take the seasonal fruits. Banana is available in all seasons so our first preference goes to this fruit. Now apple and guava are easily available in market and prices are comparatively less in this time. Regarding vegetables, the season starts for carrot, radish, cauliflower and peas. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetable and stay healthy for long time. All the best.
