Should I Get The iPod Touch?

So i'm planning on getting the ipod touch soon but i really don't know if i should or not. I've been reading a few reviews and most of them are ambiguous with some saying it is the best thing since sliced bread, and some saying it is juts a waste of money and has a lot of problems. So can someone please give me a straight-forward review? I am currently using the ipod nano which is great but not as cool as the Touch. Plus i am planning on getting the 16GB one so at least there will be more storage compared to my 4GB nano. So second question is : Should i get the 16GB...i mean do i really need 16GB or can i just get the 8GB? Or would the 32GB be better? Thanks in advance :p

I think the iPod Touch is a very savvy device and a good thing to have. What I can;t understand though is why they didn't integrate a camera into it?? T ohave a device that supports graphics and albums etc and then not allow the user to capture video and images with the unit has always seemed a bit strange to me. My colleague and I picked one up when we were in the USA a couple of month's ago and even though he is the one that uses it 99% of the time I am not aware of there being any issues with it? And when it comes to storage capacity sabyj if you can afford it then I w2ould definitely go for the 32GB model. It's always better to have too much storage than not enough!

Thanks dude. The 32GB would def be my first choice but it is very very expensive and way out of my budget! So i guess i'll just have to settle for the 16GB one Thanks again

i personally don't have the ipod touch, but my friend has it and she loves it!! all the abilities of the iphone but without the massive cash grab i just saw a new commercial for the ipod touch and they were showing how you can play games on it and it looks pretty cool. i say go for it if you really want it :)

I have the new iPhone 3G. But I am not telling you to go buy the iPhone. But, I do not what an iPod Touch feels like. It would be a good purchase, since the iPod Touch is very durable. I would say, buy the iPod Touch if you want to listen to music, but then you can also check you e-mail, surf the web, or even check out videos on youtube, but that is only when you are in a wi-fi spot.
