I am avoiding drinking coffee at night because I can't sleep and I am not a tea drinker or milk either. Aside from water, I will just drink a glass of hot chocolate then I am off to bed.

I have never heard the expression bed coffee before, but I don't drink coffee at all. Once in a while I pour some over ice cream in a cup of chocolate milk, and that is, yes, as you say before brushing the teeth. I don't drink tea either, but I do make some to use as a mouth rinse. That would be green tea. We drink the one called "roibus" which is known as red tea but that is not really tea, but a different plant altogether.

No, I was never into coffee. When I was a child... I read from a book that coffee is not good for children. I put that thing on my mind and from then on, I never took coffee. Until now that I am already an adult... my dislike for coffee remains. I knew all along it has caffeine...an addictive substance. And anything addictive could never be good to my body so I am very glad... I never was a coffee drinker from the start.

No my dear.. i dont have that habit at present. but i had that habit once during my school days, nearly 6 to 8 months. one day my friend, who came to my home for early morning study, watched that i drink bed coffee and warned me that "Human spit" contains nearly poison. he gave me many explanations. but now i forgot. anyway, i stopped that habit from that day itself. but i also confirmed from various sites.

I would like to have bed tea perhaps. But I don't take it regularly. It helps me to waive off all sorts of laziness and remind me of a working day.

Hmmm! I used to avoid drinking coffee after 4 or 5 PM because it used to keep me awake, but recently I noticed it doesn't bother me anymore so I have been enjoying a cup before bedtime.
