Do you still have any force of habit that you haven't grown up to forget?

Hi everyone!
Force of habit is a behavior that has become automatic through long practice or frequent repetition.
When we were kids we have certain force of habits that we do. I think the most common habits that kids do is thumb sucking. Now I'm sure all of us have grown from it but there are still others that even adults do such as, nail biting, knuckle cracking, scab picking, nose picking and hair twirling. These are the most common force of habits. One of the most common habit to males is the continuous rocking of legs while sitting down and on women is the swaying of legs when they are sitting down, crossed legs.
Some force of habit is unhygienic like bitting the nails, nose and scab picking. Cause one can get germs from doing it.
Now why do you think you do that - or any force of habit you have? Do you used to have a force of habit? What did you do to overcome it?

well i do have one and that is biting my nails.i had that habit since i was still a kid.it took a lot of time and effort to remove it.you see,it's so hard to stop myself from doing it everytime i'm nervous or anxious.right now,i'm slowly stopping it because i think it's becoming an unhealthy habit at my age.hopefully,i'd be able to stop completely.happy mylotting!
