Medications for PMS advisable?

Whenever I have PMS I immediately look for meds that can make me feel better, but my mom disapproves of this because she said that in time I will get used to that habit and will depend on meds even though I really don't need to. Do you agree to this?

I think that if you use the medication as directed, you should be fine but just remember tat the more you use a medication(and this goes for all medications), the less affective it will be. As for it becoming habit forming, the warnings on the package will let you know if they are or not. My best advise is if you have any questions about any medication, its always a good idea to ask the pharmisists/chemist before purchasing as they should be able to let you know about any meds you may be interested in.
