Is smoking really dangerous, or is it just government propeganda?

Yes it is dangerous. I saw on Ophrah where a doctor showed the lungs of someone that has smoked for years.(A live lung) It is pretty distusting, it was all black compared to a healthy one. It is proven that smoking is the leading cause of cancer. SO DON"T SMOKE!

Go visit any hospital or nursing home in any city or town all over the world and see how many people are dieing do to smoking! Smoking is not only dangerous but very deadly!

Anything that replaces oxygen in your system can be & is dangerous. The tarrs & nicotine in ciggs are the worst. Smoke if you must, but not around me please!

Well, I dont really know. I know many many people (who are now almost 80 or 90 years old) that have smoked all their lifes and nothing has happened to them. Plus I have a friend that never smoked in her life and she got lung cancer. Isnt this really weird? I dont know what to beleive after this.

No. It's really dangerous. My sister-in-law is fighting cancer.
