ADSENSE Does it Worth for the beginners??

hey people it has been a long time people speaking abt their adsense earning but tell me one thing is it worth for a beginner who has just started a blog or site....do u think he will be able to earn??In my opinion adsense is a tough job...nowa days everyone knws tht ads are placed on site just for money so better not to click on them n make others rich!!!I m owning my blog since 5 months...it has a daily visiter rate of 100 but i m not getting a single click sometimes....i have earned 10$ in 5 months..though i worked hard on its design and everything including is publicity...but i don't knw wht lacks in it...if u can help check my profile for the website.....thx in advance!!
