Erase One Memory/Person

If like in the movie, you would be given the chance to erase one memory/person from your memory, what/who would it be and why?

Like in the movie, I wouldn't want to really destroy any of my memories, no matter how sad or disappointing those were. I want to enjoy every moment as it happens, and i wouldn't want to consider erasing them.
There are times when I know it's better to just forget something, but I keep in mind that every memory we have teaches us certain lessons in life that we can use. I wouldn't want to lose those lessons, so I wouldn't want to erase any of my memories.
BEsides, my memories tell a lot of who I am, and I am afraid that losing just one bit of them would make me different. It would force me to be someone who I'm not.
