doggy daycare in louisiana how much can I charge

We have no dog daycares in my area, only pet boarding most are vet offices and they dont even play with your dog just kennel them and take them to potty. we have 2 boarding/grooming places that offer only 1 hour of playtime a day. the going rate for these services is $12 a dog per night I want to offer 2 serivies 1. Daycare 2. Daycare and boarding Daycare will have 3 hours of human and dog playtime. This will be group play so muti dogs. they will be 1 hour sessions 3 different times a day The play will be hosted outside unless weather doesnt allow it then the play will be indoors in a play area. also there will be group play and nap in group areas inbetween the outdoor playtime so really platime will be more than 3 hours but the 3 hours I was speaking of deal with human and dog play. the just dog to dog play will be supervised Daycare hours are going to be from 7am - 7pm Boarding will be the daycare plus overnight charge. I was think on charging $15 Daycare/ $25 Daycare and boarding Is this too much too little please help me decided if its a fair price for both me and the clint
