My family and myself had some pet rabbits when my brothers and I were in middle and high school. My dad and my brothers happen to be doing some landscape work outside of our family carwash (on the property). While they were digging out the weeds, my brothers found some baby bunnies and showed them to our dad. My dad made a little house for them, and my aunt bought a tiny bottle of which we poured some milk into it and we fed the little rabbits. We even took them with on our trip from Kalamazoo, MI to Chicago, IL.

Aww! That's sweet.
We got our bunny from a small farm animal auction.
He was pretty tiny then but old enough to eat big bunny food lol.
They grow really fast!

Rabbits do make wonderful pets and I feel happy to think back to the days I had my rabbits. When I was a young child I have a white rabbit with pink eyes and she was called Miffy. She lived in a hutch just outside our house and she used to run around our garden all day and sleep in her hutch after dark. I loved her very much indeed and it was superb to watch her having a lovely time in the garden.
When I was a teenager my sister and I wanted to get a rabbit each so we did exactly that. I got a rabbit called Sally, a sandy and white rabbit, and my sister got Tiggy, a black lop rabbit. We were told that they were both females, but Tiggy was a male and so they had a litter of seven bunnies. We found homes and kept the other five: Miss Muffet, Fleck, Binky, Pop Eye and William. They were sandy, black with blond highlights and sandy and white. I loved them all very much indeed.
