Fantasy Books that you loved

I am a huge reader of fantasy books and would like to know how many in mylot are fantasy fans.The fantasy novels which I have liked are- 1.The LOTR Series(J.R.R Tolkein) 2.The Inheritence Triology(Cristopher Paolini) 3.The Wheel of Time Series(Robert Jordan) 4.The Runelords Series(David Farland) 5.Farseer Triology(Robin Hobb)

I love fantasy books and series too, especially big fat books, and series with many volumes. To you list, the ones that I've liked are: The Shannara series (Terry Brooks), the Xanth series (Piers Anthony), and the Sword of Truth saga (Terry Goodkind). As soon as I post this, I'll think of a pile of others...lol

I have heard about the Sword of Truth series.I think I will start reading it soon.Please add more good books and bestsellers to your list whn you remember them.Thanks for the information.

I haven't read a lot of fantasy books now, but the two that I read and liked are the HP series and the Chronicles of Narnia.

I liked Harry Potter before but now I don't.I didn't expect Voldemort to be killed by a stupid expeliarmus curse.I expected good action between Harry and him.

I loooove fantasy! I'm not really into the "old school" fantasy, though, Tolkien isn't really one of my favourite people. I adore the "Fever" and "Highlander" series' by Karen Marie Moning Love the "Dragonriders of Pern" series by Anne McCaffery (and love the woman too! Eep!) "Anite Blake: Vampire Hunter" by Laurell K. Hamilton is another series I'm huge on... or, was, it's gotten a little off-base for me lately but I still enjoy it. The "Dresden Files" series by Jim Butcher I LOVE, Harry Dresden: Wizard for hire is wickkkked awesome! ANYTHING by Terry Brooks. That guy's a GENIUS.
