I really like thatched cottages and Tudor building that are half timbered in my home country. In Germany I like the half timbered houses and the majestic looking castles. I enjoy seeing wooden chalets with attractive window frames. I like seeing rustic looking beach huts on tropical beaches. Thinking of famous buildings I love Sydney opera house because it looks like sails. Most of all I like the traditional buildings in Samoa called fales. It is an open buildings on stilts with a thatched roof.
Does you home country have any lovely looking architecture?
Have you seen any attractive looking buildings in a different country?
If not would you like to see Sydney's opera house, the Eiffel Tower or the Taj Mahal?

I like variety. When I see an American Village or City with all kinds of archetecture from Colonial to Victorian, from Farmhouse to Lighthouse and Log Homes, I love it! I've been to see cord wood and alternate energy homes. When I went to France, Notre Damn and Eiffel Tower. Variety there, too. What I hate is row houses and suburbs. All the homes are the same, only difference is the number and some places allow you to paint your home a different color, wow, how special!NOT!

I am fortunate that I have the City of London on my doorstep so I have lots of architectured buildings and famouse buildings to visit and see, St.Pauls Cathedral, Tower Of London, Buckingham Palace to name but a few and of course the Post Office Tower, we have a lot of tall buildings in London but no skyscrapers. I have been all the way up Blackpool Tower which is adventurous for me as I don't like heights! I loved the architecture in Prague beautiful city indeed.
